Please note

• Always make sure to cool metal trays to 88˚C for 30-60 seconds before placing them in or on your Ultra Camcart

• The best results are achieved at a temperature between 82 °C and 88 °C is achieved

• Inserting metal food trays at a temperature above 121°C can cause damage to the container or trolley
