It is food safe and NSF-certified, making it ideal for direct use in the food industry. With a load capacity of 800 kg overall and 190 kg per shelf, the shelf is extremely sturdy. Two braces provide additional stability and safety. The shelf withstands temperatures from -38 °C to 88 °C, making it suitable for both cold and warm storage.
