Above the tray for the patty mixture is the tray for the hamburger paper. The paper is placed under and on top of the mass before it is pressed. The use of the paper ensures a particularly hygienic treatment.
Removing the finished patty is very easy thanks to the practical lever mechanism. During pressing, the mass is lowered into the barrel and compressed there. After the process, the patty is transported back up by putting the lever back into its original position.
After use, cleaning the individual parts is very easy and can be done quickly.
