Chest Fridges & Freezers

Practical and efficient, our refrigeration and freezer islands

For excellent cooling and presentation of goods

Freezers are especially necessary when perishable food needs to be stored for a longer period of time. To guarantee cooling according to regulations so that the freezer chain is not interrupted in any way, several features are essential. For example, the cooling must be strong and constant and should not exceed minus 15 degrees Celsius.
The freezer islands from GGM Gastro are ideal for professional use in the catering industry because they are made of high-quality material and are reliable and durable in their function.

Optimally cooled and attractive to customers

The temperature range of the freezer islands varies depending on the model. When making a purchase, you should pay attention to the temperature range required for the chilled goods you want to use.
Models with an automatic defrost function have a positive effect on cooling capacity and energy consumption, as the automatic defrost function ensures defrosting before a lot of ice has formed in the appliance.
In addition to optimal cooling, freezer islands are also interesting because they are accessible from all sides. Hence the name.
For example, customers have an excellent view of the contents and can also serve themselves.
Glass sliding doors allow for both an aesthetic presentation of the goods and easy opening and closing for storing or removing the goods.
The interior lighting completes the appearance of the chilled goods.

Take advantage of mobility for flexible placement

For mobile use, freezer islands with wheels can be purchased. Brakes ensure safe positioning. Thanks to the wheels, the freezer island can be placed and maneuvered wherever it is needed.
The freezer islands from GGM Gastro are also a visual highlight for the premises in which they are located. Because the illuminated storage of food, combined with the stylish design of the exterior, make these appliances real eye-catchers that promise quality.
Cleaning the freezer islands is extremely easy, as the surfaces can be wiped clean easily and without any problems. The windows can also be cleaned effortlessly.
