Product Description

The crêpe pan is characterised by its shape-retaining thick white steel sheet, which ensures even heat distribution and allows for rapid temperature increase. With a low rim, it is ideal for easily turning crêpes. The pan reaches high temperatures, optimally supporting the Maillard reaction and the caramelisation of juices. A natural non-stick surface develops through the gradual seasoning of the surface, causing the pan to become less sticky over time. The inseparably riveted steel band handle and ergonomic curve guarantee comfortable handling with every use.

Applications

This pan is perfectly suited for preparing tender and crispy traditional crêpes. It can be used on all types of stoves, including induction, making it highly versatile. Whether in professional gastronomy or fine dining – the pan enables precise and even cooking. Due to its optimal heat distribution, it is also suitable for caramelising and frying delicate foods that require high temperatures.
