General instructions for use

• Can be corrosive to metals

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes and prevent inhalation of vapors

• Drain the frying oil, close the drain tap and fill the deep fryer with clean water to the standard level

• 20 to 50g granules per liter of water (2 to 5%)

• Set a temperature of 95 °C, turn on the fryer and set 10,00 ' to 30,00 '

• Allow the dirty solution to cool and drain and remove any residue with a soft cloth or kitchen paper

• Rinse twice with clear, hot water and allow to air dry
