These trays are specially designed for the TMPIC tartelette machine and feature a rectangular shape for 25 tartelettes. The tartelette size is 50 mm x 23 mm with a height of 16 mm. Made from cast aluminium with a high-quality Daikin coating, similar to a Teflon coating, they ensure excellent non-stick properties. - Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores seal and a natural non-stick coating is formed.
- To prevent the dough from sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal utensils to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
