The gas lava stone grill offers a power output of 13.8 kW, ideal for preparing meat products. Equipped with a thermocouple flame monitoring system, it ensures maximum safety by automatically shutting off the gas supply if the flame goes out. The high-quality stainless steel AISI-304 construction guarantees durability and robustness. With ergonomic rotary knobs and piezo ignition, operation is intuitive and comfortable. The grill features a large grilling surface with an easily removable cast iron grate, facilitating cleaning. A pull-out drip tray efficiently collects fat and ensures cleanliness. This sturdy and safe unit is perfectly suited for gastronomy and catering.Installation & Operation
- ⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
- It is recommended to use an extraction system to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
- Preheat lava stones for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the stones have reached full grilling temperature and emit infrared radiation.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- After service, set the grill without any food on it to the maximum level for about 10–15 minutes so that fat and food residues on the grates and stones burn off to white ash.
- The stones should be turned every few days.
- Do not clean lava stones with chemical degreasers or detergents.
- Depending on the workload of the establishment, the stones should be completely replaced every 6 to 12 months.
