- If you are not using the stand, place the machine on a level, dry surface that can support its weight.
- When using the stand, carefully lift it with several people and place it horizontally on the floor.
- Ensure that all feet of the stand are properly resting on the floor.
- Lift the slicer with several people and set it onto the stand by inserting the rubber feet into the slots of the stand plate.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Slicing machines must be thoroughly cleaned before first use and after extended periods of non-use.
