Information

• Bellado Pepper Coast is a harmonious coffee with tart chocolate and hazelnut notes, balanced body and low acidity. A pleasure for lovers of mild coffees.

• The coffee beans are roasted in a gentle drum roasting process between 16 and 18 minutes. In the original Italian stone oven, the coffee aromas can fully develop during this period. The roasting curve rises slowly at 6 to 8 °C per minute at a temperature of 215 °C.No additives are used in the process and after long-term roasting the beans are air-cooled for 5 minutes.

Cultivation areas

• Brazil has been the largest coffee producer for over 150 years and is known for high quality Arabica beans. Robusta beans come from Kerala, India, famous for Monsooned Malabar coffee. Costa Rica's Tarrazu region produces pure, sweet coffee with a light body. Guatemala offers a variety of coffees, from sweet and fruity to heavy and chocolaty.
