- ⚠️ Wood-fired pizza ovens are suitable for outdoor use only
- ⚠️ For indoor use, the chimney sweep must be contacted
- ⚠️ Please ensure a minimum distance of 15 cm is maintained from rear and side walls or adjacent large appliances
- ⚠️ Remove all packaging materials. Ensure that the polystyrene inside the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks is completely removed
- Before first use, the oven must be seasoned. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours. Keep the door open during this process to allow toxic fumes to escape
Reinigung & Pflege
- Burn off food residues on the floor.
- Once the oven has cooled down slightly, sweep the floor with a brass brush.
- Remove old ash residues before the next firing.
