The tropicalised model is ideal for use in warm environments, as it operates reliably even at temperatures up to 43 °C. With the integrated storage container and practical front flap, access to the ice is particularly comfortable. The monoblock stainless steel frame also guarantees a stable and resilient construction.Versatile application and easy handling
This device is perfectly suited for gastronomy, the food industry, and medical applications requiring 270 kg of flake ice per 24 hours. The combination of air and water cooling as well as the automatic water supply ensure smooth operation. The easy-to-clean, rounded surfaces and the removable air filter significantly facilitate maintenance. - ⚠️ The minimum distance to the side walls must be at least 20 cm
Reinigung & Pflege
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If you have installed a descaler beforehand, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
- Do not use corrosive agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the device.
