The modular flake ice maker Premium PLUS impresses with its robust construction made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring long service life and easy cleaning. The device is specially designed for use in tropical environments up to 43 °C, thus guaranteeing reliable performance even under demanding conditions. The integrated storage container with front flap allows quick and uncomplicated access to the produced ice.Versatile applications and practical functions
With a production capacity of 155 kg of flake ice per 24 hours and an additional 200 kg ice storage container, the ice maker is ideal for gastronomy, food processing, and medical applications. The combination of air and water cooling as well as the automatic water supply ensure efficient and low-maintenance operation. Thanks to the monoblock stainless steel frame and the easy-to-clean, rounded surfaces, the device is particularly hygienic and durable.Installation & Bedienung
- ⚠️ The minimum distance to the side walls must be at least 20 cm
Reinigung & Pflege
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If you have installed a descaler beforehand, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
- Do not use corrosive agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the device.
