The Modular Flake Ice Maker Premium PLUS impresses with its robust construction made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring long service life and hygienic cleaning. Thanks to the integrated storage container with front flap, access to the ice is particularly convenient. The tropicalised model is optimally suited for environments with temperatures up to 43 °C, emphasising its versatility.

Powerful and versatile for professional use

With a capacity of 155 kg of flake ice per 24 hours and an additional 100 kg ice storage container, this unit is ideal for gastronomy, fish markets, or medical facilities. The combination of air and water cooling as well as easy cleaning thanks to rounded surfaces ensures reliable and hygienic operation. The sturdy monoblock construction and adjustable stainless steel feet also provide high stability and flexibility.

• ⚠️ The minimum distance to the side walls must be at least 20 cm

• For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
• If you have installed a descaler beforehand, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
• The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
• Do not use corrosive agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the device.
