With a production capacity of up to 65 kg of flake ice per 24 hours and a storage bin of 10 kg, the unit is perfectly suited for continuous demand. The combination of air cooling and water cooling systems ensures reliable cooling even under demanding conditions. The easy cleaning thanks to rounded surfaces and the dust-tight water container guarantee the highest level of hygiene. This model complies with the RoHS directive, making it environmentally friendly and safe to operate.Installation & Bedienung
- Avoid direct sunlight and proximity to heat sources.
- For the initial start-up of the device or its reactivation after a prolonged shutdown, it is necessary to manually fill the container with water.
Reinigung & Pflege
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If you have installed a descaler beforehand, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
- Do not use corrosive agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the device.
