The unit features a robust outer casing made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The combination of evaporator and auger made of stainless steel guarantees reliable and hygienic ice production. The model is tropicalised and operates reliably even at high ambient temperatures, making it ideal for demanding applications. Thanks to the automatic water supply and an insulated storage compartment with a capacity of 55 kg, the ice maker offers maximum user convenience. The combination of air and water cooling as well as easily removable, easy-to-clean side panels makes the unit particularly maintenance-friendly. - Avoid direct sunlight and proximity to heat sources.
- For the initial start-up of the device or its reactivation after a prolonged shutdown, it is necessary to manually fill the container with water.
Reinigung & Pflege
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If you have installed a descaler beforehand, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
- Do not use corrosive agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the device.
