It has been specially developed for preparing whole fish and fish fillets and offers easy handling thanks to the non-stick coating. Made in Italy, it combines quality with functionality and sustainability through 100% recycled aluminium. The pan is a reliable tool for any professional kitchen.Summary & Application
The specially designed honeycomb base ensures even heat distribution and allows gentle cooking that preserves flavour and aromas. It is ideal for fish dishes, swordfish, meat, as well as pasta and spaghetti. The pan supports healthy and low-fat cooking and is therefore versatile for use in professional gastronomy.Installation & Operation
- Remove all labels before first use.
- Wipe the non-stick surface with a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil.
- Do not overheat the pan when empty.
- Preheat in the oven for a maximum of 4–5 minutes at 240 °C.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- After use, clean with lukewarm water and a mild detergent
- Then dry carefully with a clean cloth
