With a power output of 20 kW, it provides sufficient power to grill larger quantities of meat evenly and quickly. The high-quality ROBAX® glass made in Germany ensures a safe and heat-resistant front, which also offers an optimal view of the grilling food. The capacity of up to 90 kg makes it particularly suitable for high-traffic businesses.

Powerful Technology and Thoughtful Design

Equipped with 10 powerful burners and a motor with 1 revolution per minute, the spit rotates evenly, optionally in an inclined or vertical position. The electronic ignition allows for quick and safe start-up. Maximum safety is ensured by the safety thermoelement, which automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. The movable heating element with a robust handle facilitates heat adjustment, while the thick meat spit with a 12 mm diameter securely holds larger pieces of meat. Four rubberised feet guarantee stable standing, and the lockable fat drainage in the drip tray ensures easy cleaning and hygiene.

Installation & Bedienung

Reinigung & Pflege

Allow the glass front to cool completely before wiping it damp, as the glass will otherwise crack immediately. Remove burnt-on residue only flat with a scraper blade.
Turn off the gas tap completely before cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool to hand temperature.
Remove the meat spit, grease drip tray (reflector plates), and paddles. These detachable stainless steel parts can be placed directly in the sink or – if suitable – in the dishwasher.
Spray the stainless steel housing with a commercial degreaser. Important: Avoid the burners/heating elements (cover with dry cardboard or aluminium foil if necessary).
Wipe off the loosened grease sludge with damp cloths. Then, be sure to dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Damp stainless steel surfaces in a warm fast-food area provide the perfect breeding ground for bacteria.
Grease the spit suspension after cleaning to prevent the motor from seizing.
