• The strikingly narrow flexible blade adapts to the food being cut and thanks to the curved shape, the cutting edge is longer than a straight knife

• The balanced blade hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening

Quality

• The blade is made of Steel with a X55CrMo14 - alloy

• The blade is slim ground, the knife is optimally balanced and tapers to the tip

• Handles made of polyoxymethylene for high working strength and comparatively low temperature sensitivity up to approx. 110 °C

• The traditional quality mark "F.Dick" is embossed by hand
