The gas lava stone grill offers a 7 kW output, providing a powerful heat source ideal for grilling meat products. The angled grate with V-profile ensures optimal fat drainage, supported by the pull-out drip tray. The piezo ignition allows for easy and safe start-up. Thanks to the high-quality stainless steel AISI-304 construction, the grill is particularly durable and robust.Versatility and safety for professional use
The safety thermoelement automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, guaranteeing maximum safety. The temperature-controllable control and extra-large grilling surface offer flexibility for various grilling requirements. As a tabletop unit without base, the grill is easily combinable with other products from the "Mario 700" series and is ideally suited for professional use in gastronomy and catering.Installation & Bedienung
- ⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
- It is recommended to use an extraction system to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
- Preheat lava stones for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the stones have reached full grilling temperature and emit infrared radiation.
Reinigung & Pflege
- After service, set the grill without any food on it to the maximum level for about 10–15 minutes so that fat and food residues on the grates and stones burn off to white ash.
- The stones should be turned every few days.
- Do not clean lava stones with chemical degreasers or detergents.
- Depending on the workload of the establishment, the stones should be completely replaced every 6 to 12 months.
