The extra-large grilling surface with V-profile ensures optimal fat drainage and even grilling. Equipped with piezoelectric ignition and a safety thermocouple that monitors the flame and automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, this grill guarantees maximum safety and convenience. - ⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
- It is recommended to use an extraction system to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
- Preheat lava stones for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the stones have reached full grilling temperature and emit infrared radiation.
Reinigung & Pflege
- After service, set the grill without any food on it to the maximum level for about 10–15 minutes so that fat and food residues on the grates and stones burn off to white ash.
- The stones should be turned every few days.
- Do not clean lava stones with chemical degreasers or detergents.
- Depending on the workload of the establishment, the stones should be completely replaced every 6 to 12 months.
