The gas lava stone grill offers a powerful 18 kW output, an ideal heat source for quick and even grilling of meat products. The large grilling area with an easily removable cast iron grate allows versatile grilling and easy cleaning. Thanks to the piezoelectric ignition, lighting is quick and safe. The robust housing made from high-quality AISI-304 stainless steel ensures durability and an attractive appearance with a satin Scotch Brite finish.Efficient operation and safe handling in professional use
The grill features two separate control zones, allowing flexible temperature control. The thermoelectric flame failure device monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if it goes out, guaranteeing maximum safety. A pull-out drip tray and a moulded fat collection tray significantly facilitate cleaning. The ergonomic control knobs, splash guard, and safety gas valve make this grill a reliable tabletop appliance for demanding grilling professionals.Installation & Bedienung
- ⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
- It is recommended to use an extraction system to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
- Preheat lava stones for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the stones have reached full grilling temperature and emit infrared radiation.
Reinigung & Pflege
- After service, set the grill without any food on it to the maximum level for about 10–15 minutes so that fat and food residues on the grates and stones burn off to white ash.
- The stones should be turned every few days.
- Do not clean lava stones with chemical degreasers or detergents.
- Depending on the workload of the establishment, the stones should be completely replaced every 6 to 12 months.
