The flake ice maker produces up to 135 kg of ice in 24 hours and is ideal for commercial use. With its high ice production and strong, consistently maintained cooling, it offers reliable performance. The integrated storage bin provides convenient ice storage, while the powerful reduction gear ensures efficient ice delivery.

Versatile application and energy-saving technology

Thanks to the timer function and the on/off switch, the ice maker can be operated flexibly. The low energy consumption makes it particularly economical. For water hardness above 30 °fH, an anti-scale filter is recommended to ensure the longevity of the device. Made from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, the device guarantees durability and hygiene in demanding environments.

• For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the appliance regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
• We recommend using the product exclusively with a descaler, as otherwise damage to the motor and cooling system may occur.
• If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 litres of water flow. The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
