Installation & Bedienung
- ⚠️ First check whether the ceiling height in the kitchen is sufficient to accommodate the combination unit including the hood, and whether there is still enough space above for the air outlet.
- When used with a combi-steamer, open the door only slightly at first, so that the hood can ramp up to maximum power for 2 to 3 seconds and extract the initial burst of steam. Only then should the door be fully opened.
- After switching off the oven, the hood often continues to run for a few minutes to draw residual moisture from the system and dry itself.
