- The tamper uses a highly innovative mechanical system that integrates perfectly with the other products in the Quamar catalog, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. The tamper works on the basis of a lever and piston system. This new mechanical pressing system has been developed with particular attention to the quality of the coffee produced. It allows the coffee powder to be evenly and constantly compacted in the portafilter and the pressing force to be precisely dosed, resulting in a high-quality espresso every time it is used.
