Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe.
- Daily cleaning prevents burning in and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filter from the holder, as fat droplets may be present.
- For heavy soiling, rinse coarse fat off with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Filters must be completely dry before reinstallation to prevent mould growth.
