The electronically welded construction guarantees high stability and quality. A special feature is the drip-free, hermetic gutter with drain taps, which facilitates the collection and draining of fats, thereby improving hygiene. Equipped with four grease-free labyrinth filters made of 18/10 stainless steel, type B, it ensures effective air filtration. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning on and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of fat present.
- For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at high temperatures (at least 60–70 °C) using a fat-dissolving detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinstalled to prevent mould and bacterial growth.
