Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder as there may be droplets of fat.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at high temperatures (at least 60–70 °C) with a grease-dissolving detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted.
- This prevents the formation of mould and bacteria.
