- ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
- ⚠️ Before first use, wash thoroughly with warm soapy water to completely remove production and transport oils.
- Heat the equipment without food to approximately 200°C.
- Any remaining residues will be burnt off during heating.
- If slight smoke or odour occurs, ensure good ventilation.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Allow the device to cool to hand temperature before cleaning. Never pour cold water into the hot basin to avoid material damage.
- Remove coarse residues and soak in warm washing-up water. Use only soft sponges, as steel wool and scratches can damage the stainless steel.
- Drain the dirty water via the outlet. Then rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly to prevent lime scale marks.
