Installation & Operation
- ⚠️ Wood-fired pizza ovens are intended for outdoor use only.
- ⚠️ For indoor use, the chimney sweep must be contacted.
- ⚠️ A minimum distance of 15 cm must be maintained from rear and side walls or adjacent large appliances.
- Completely remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
- Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
- Keep the door open during curing to allow any vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Burn off food residues on the floor.
- Once the oven has cooled down slightly, sweep the floor with a brass brush.
- Remove old ash residues before the next firing.
