The exterior structure is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, which not only ensures durability but also facilitates cleaning. The monoblock frame and evaporator made of AISI 304, as well as the auger made of AISI 303, guarantee reliable and hygienic ice production. The unit is equipped with an automatic water supply and a dust protection water basin, minimising maintenance effort. For optimal cooling, both air and water cooling systems are available. Another advantage is the rotation sensor directly on the evaporator, which monitors the function and increases operational safety.
