Installation & Operation
- ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent appliances.
- Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
- Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours with the door open.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus avoid smoke development.
- Never clean firebricks when damp, as this can cause stress cracks.
