Robust Gas Pizza Oven for the Hospitality Industry

The gas pizza oven with two baking chambers offers a versatile solution for professional hospitality. It is manually operated and comes with a high-quality stainless steel hood as well as a practical base frame with wheels. With 9 baking surfaces of 33 cm diameter each, it allows the simultaneous baking of several pizzas or other dishes – ideal for use in pizzerias, restaurants, and snack bars.

Powerful and Energy Efficient

The independent control of the individual baking chambers allows flexible use and optimal energy savings, as each chamber is heated separately. A safety thermoelement ensures maximum safety by automatically shutting off the gas supply if the flame goes out. Additionally, the oven features a heat-insulated design that significantly reduces energy consumption through high-quality insulation. The gently opening door and the large, heat-reflective viewing window enable comfortable operation and perfect monitoring during baking.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ The connection to the gas supply must be carried out by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring appliances.
  • ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  1. Remove all packaging materials, especially the polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, leaving the door open to allow any vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus prevent smoke development.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet, as this can cause stress cracks.
