Professional Gas Pizza Oven for the Hospitality Industry

Thanks to the individual control of each chamber via separate touch displays, the baking temperature can be precisely regulated, allowing optimal preparation of a variety of pizzas. The integrated base provides a stable and ergonomic working height.

High-Quality Equipment and Thoughtful Details

The baking surface made of special chamotte ensures even heat distribution and a perfect crust. Safety is ensured by the thermocouple, which monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. The heat-insulated construction with fibreglass insulation minimises energy consumption and ensures efficient use. Large viewing windows and interior lighting allow easy monitoring of the baking process. An emergency stop switch completes the safety features.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ A minimum clearance of 15 cm must be maintained from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  • ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance.
  1. Remove packaging materials, especially ensure all polystyrene is completely removed from the baking chamber and beneath the fireclay bricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow any vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus avoid smoke development.
  • Never clean firebricks when damp, as this can cause stress cracks.
  • Regularly check the gas connections and burners to detect leaks at an early stage.
