Installation & Operation

- ⚠️ An extraction system improves performance and usability.
- ⚠️ Minimum distance from walls and equipment: 15 cm.
- Completely remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Initial oven burn-in: increase temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until maximum temperature is reached.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, keeping the door open.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus avoid smoke development.
- Never clean firebricks when damp, as this can cause stress cracks.
