A safety thermocouple monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out – an important safety mechanism for professional operation. The internal lighting and extra-large viewing window allow constant monitoring of the baking process, while the integrated emergency stop switch offers additional safety.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus avoid smoke development.
  • Never clean firebricks when damp, as this can cause stress cracks.
