Efficient Gas Pizza Oven for Professional Gastronomy

This gas pizza oven with six baking chambers is ideal for use in the gastronomy sector and retail. It offers the possibility to prepare up to six pizzas with a diameter of 33 cm simultaneously. The manual operation allows precise control over the baking process. The delivery includes a stainless steel hood, a proofer for six trays, and two frames that optimally support the workflow.

The oven is equipped with a safety thermocouple that monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, ensuring maximum safety. Each baking chamber can be controlled independently, allowing flexible response to varying workloads and energy savings. Additionally, each chamber has its own lighting and a large, heat-reflective viewing window that facilitates monitoring of the baking process.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use by increasing the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
  3. Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus avoid smoke development.
  • Never clean firebricks when damp, as this can cause stress cracks.
