Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as neighbouring large appliances.
  • ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  1. Remove packaging materials, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Initial oven burn-in: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, keeping the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus avoid smoke development.
  • Never clean firebricks when damp, as this can cause stress cracks.
