Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliance connections must be carried out by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ A minimum clearance of 15 cm must be maintained from the rear and side walls as well as from adjacent large appliances.
  • ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow residues to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus avoid smoke development.
  • Never clean firebricks when damp, as this can cause stress cracks.
