Installation & Operation
- ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for best performance and optimal use.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Allow the pan to cool down to about 50 °C to 60 °C before cleaning to avoid material damage caused by thermal shock.
- Soak crusts with warm water. Use only soft sponges, brushes, or plastic scrapers; do not use steel wool or knives.
- After cleaning, thoroughly remove all detergent and cleaner residues with clear water to prevent any residues from entering the food.
- Clean the spout, nozzle, and lid seals especially thoroughly, as germs and fat residues tend to accumulate there.
- Never rinse the appliance with a high-pressure cleaner or strong water jet to avoid damaging the electrical and mechanical components.
- After cleaning, leave the lid slightly open to dry.
