The distance between the burners and the meat skewer can be manually adjusted, allowing optimal adaptation to different types of meat. The thick 12 mm meat skewer ensures stable fixation of the meat. A high-quality touchscreen display as well as a separate control panel allow for easy and intuitive operation. Additionally, the device features a manual mode, so the skewer continues to rotate during a power outage and the meat can be sliced with a döner knife.

Installation & Operation

⚠️ Please note that the use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
⚠️ Standard natural gas connection; the appliance can optionally be converted to propane gas.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Before cleaning, turn off the gas valve completely. Allow the appliance to cool to hand temperature.
- The rotating circular blade must be completely dismantled every evening. Meat residues and germs accumulate behind it. Additionally, the blade must be kept extremely sharp for a clean cut.
- Spray the stainless steel housing with a commercial-grade degreaser. Important: Avoid the burners/heating elements (if necessary, cover with dry cardboard or aluminium foil).
- Wipe off the dissolved grease sludge with damp cloths. Then, be sure to dry with a clean cloth. Damp stainless steel surfaces in the warm fast-food area otherwise provide the perfect breeding ground for bacteria.
- Grease the skewer suspension after cleaning to prevent the motor from seizing.
