The digital control ensures precise temperature regulation and simplifies daily operations.

Innovative Features for Optimal Baking Results

The oven features a heat-insulated stainless steel hood that ensures optimal heat distribution while increasing energy efficiency. Thanks to the digital touch panel with timer, the baking process can be precisely timed, including auto start and shut-off functions. A large viewing window and interior lighting allow constant monitoring of the baking process. The door opens upwards, saving space and making operation easier.

The robust base frame ensures a secure stand, while the integrated chimney opener optimises air circulation. Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open during this time.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus prevent smoke development.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet, as this can cause stress cracks.
