Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  • ⚠️ Completely remove all packaging materials, including polystyrene inside the baking chamber and beneath the fireclay bricks.
  1. The direction of the conveyor belt can be changed by a qualified professional.
  2. Before first use, increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, keeping the door open during this time.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
  • Thoroughly clean the oven after each use.
