Installation & Operation
- ⚠️ The connection to three-phase current must only be carried out by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
- Completely remove the packaging material, especially the polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Perform a burn-in process before first use: Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open during this time.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
- Thoroughly clean the oven after each use.
