The oven is equipped with a safety-relevant thermocouple that monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if it goes out – an important safety mechanism for secure operation. The fibreglass insulation ensures excellent thermal insulation and low energy consumption. Thanks to the interior lighting and the extra-large viewing window, you can keep an eye on the baking process at all times. An emergency stop switch guarantees additional safety during operation.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent appliances.
  1. Completely remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
  3. Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours.
  4. Keep the door open during the burn-in process to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus prevent smoke development.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet, as this can cause stress cracks.
