Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning Gas Hob & Oven:
- We recommend cleaning the appliance with washing solution, lukewarm water, and a soft cloth or sponge, then drying it with a cloth.
- Make sure to wipe in one direction to keep the surface clean, shiny, and scratch-free.
- Clean surfaces with a soft, damp cloth; do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents.
- Maintain stainless steel surfaces with suitable stainless steel cleaners.
- Regularly clean grease filters (approximately every 40 operating hours); daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
- Aluminium filters are dishwasher safe (max. 60 °C).
