Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
  • ⚠️ The appliance must be perfectly level and must never be placed directly next to a sink or water source.
  • ⚠️ Always pay attention to the correct oil fill level (Min/Max).
  • ⚠️ The appliance must never be operated without oil in the basin.
  • ⚠️ Shake off excess ice from frozen goods to avoid splashing.
  1. Have the appliance connected only by qualified professional personnel.
  2. Install an extraction system for optimal performance.
  3. Place the appliance level and away from water sources.
  4. Fill the oil only between the indicated Min and Max marks.
  5. Avoid operating without oil to prevent damage.
  6. Remove ice residues before frying to reduce splashing.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily:

  • After service, drain the oil through a sieve or filter into a container to remove frying residues. Then wipe out the basin and refill with the clean oil.
  • Wipe the housing daily with a suitable degreaser and a damp cloth. Do not use scouring pads or abrasive brushes.

When changing oil:

  • Dispose of old oil completely, fill the basin with water and a special fryer cleaner, and bring to a brief boil.
  • After boiling, drain the water and rinse the basin several times with clean water.
  • Before refilling with new oil, the basin must be completely dry.
