Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with a three-phase connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely.
  2. Ensure that all polystyrene is fully removed from the baking chamber and beneath the fireclay bricks.
  3. Before first use, cure the oven.
  4. Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  5. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  6. Keep the door open during curing to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
  • Thoroughly clean the oven after each use.
