- ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as neighbouring large appliances.
- Remove packaging materials, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
- Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours.
- Keep the door open during curing to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
- Thoroughly clean the oven after each use.
