Efficient Plates for Tartelette Production
These plates are specially designed for the TMPIC tartelette machine and enable the production of 13 round tartelettes with a diameter of 60 mm. The plates are made of cast aluminium with a Daikin coating, which offers a similar effect to Teflon. This makes them non-stick and significantly facilitates the removal of the tartelettes. The materials are also heat-resistant, ensuring a long service life.Versatile Use in Gastronomy and Retail
These interchangeable plates are ideal for professional use in bakeries, pâtisseries, and catering establishments. They ensure precise and uniform shaping of the tartelettes and increase production efficiency. Thanks to the robust and easy-care coating, they are particularly low-maintenance and durable, making them the perfect choice for daily use.Installation & Operation
- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
- To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
